Laing O’rourke Named Preferred Bidder For Paddington Project
03.08.15Laing O’Rourke has been named as the preferred bidder by Derwent London for the redevelopment of the Brunel Building, 55-65 North Wharf Road in Paddington W2.
The project will see the creation of a new office building sixteen storeys high with two basement levels and two large roof terraces. The building will comprise of a solid concrete core along the length of the building with floor plates on either side.

When complete the building will be 240,250 sq ft in total featuring an innovative diagrid design allowing flexible column-free floors. The building will also incorporate the latest in environmental design and technology that will continue to promote Paddington as a key business hub in London.”
